Old … rooms are very normal… too noisy at night from the club and street during the day … no room service… something strange about the hotel … the staff are talking too much among themselves…the waiters,house mades you can’t have a rest in your room or enjoy a drink… very typical Moroccan atmosphere and everyone wants a tip for doing nothing! I don’t recommend it !

Horrible! Staff lies and says unmarried non- Moroccan couples can not stay in rooms together but then lets men pay for a room to take trashy French women from hotel clubs. Yes a staff member admitted this. Got charged for minibar items and my minibar was empty my entire stay as requested. Reception abdelhamid very unprofessional treated my fiancé very inappropriate and begged him to stay with him talking during his overnight shift because he hated working at night. Trashy people come to the hotel clubs and won’t leave and cause a huge noise issue overnight. Sad, disgusting and poorly run place. Staying at midtown my next visit.

The hotel has amazing views of the Ocean! Staff are professional, quick in their services and friendly. Food in all resturants good. Breakfast has a fairly good variety too. The main issue I see in this hotel is the conditions of the hotel interiors. It's old and needs renovation badly specifically the rooms and corridors. Plus, they need to check the rooms prior to handing over to guest - the bed sheets were not clean! Coffee and Tea section was not re-filled properly. Overall it was a pleasant experience though, good for short stays.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
