        Beautiful view. That is the only positive thing about this hotel. Rooms look like they were never cleaned before. Pools - have a line of black dirt on the walls. Mould in the rooms. Hair from previous guests. Cleaners - terrible. Always forget to put fresh towels, they take old, but forget to bring the same amount of new, fresh, several times forgot to add toilet paper. Then you have to wait at the reception and waste your time. Food - always made me feel sick and I ate just eggs, black coffee, fresh cucumber. Nothing is clean, nothing is fresh. Staff seem pissed off, not happy being there. Ordered strawberry mojito - got a cocktail with old rotten strawberries from some jar kept in a fridge. Beautiful location and view. However not happy with the service and the fact that every corner is grossly dirty. I will add the picture AFTER pool was “cleaned”.

        After reading some of the reviews about this hotel, if some people have issues with the hotel reception, then learn the language before you get here and stop the hotel inspector rubbish ! The staff here are young, adorable, welcoming, accommodating, friendly; who try their best to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. If you want to de stress and completely chill out while surrounded by wonderful staff and incredible food, then get here and enjoy the peace and tranquility villa cha cha has to offer. We are definitely coming back without question because of the scenery, the weather but first and foremost - the incredible hospitality these humble people have to offer. I thought the people in Goa were incredible; well they have some stiff competition because of the smiley people , not just in Thailand but adorable staff at this hotel. Don’t bring your doom and gloom here , just come, engage with the people and have a great time, then ask the question why have I not been here before ? We didn’t come here to fall in love with the place and the staff , it just happened ! Rgds mark and Diane from uk

        Thankfully we only stayed one night. The whole hotel was tired, under maintained and budget amenities at blown up prices. FALSE ADVERTISING: We paid for a sea view apartment which ended up being blocked entirely by the massage house and bar. The entire hotel right from the frontage to the actual room itself, was covered in mould and dust - like they didn't even bother to make the necessary uptake work just interested in making money TERRIBLE STAFF DEMEANOR: From the time we checked in, the staff was extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating, couldn't understand (or possibly pretended not to understand) what we were saying in basic English. They were so blunt in anything that they said ( I've been to soo many hotels and places in Thailand, even places that could not speak English, and yet Villa Cha-cha was the worst of all) LACK OF PRIVACY: unless you closed ALL the curtains in the whole room, you had absolutely no privacy as the masseuses, other residents and staff could look into the room. What's the point of sea view, if you can't even open the curtains POOR LIGHTING: In addition to the lack of privacy, the lighting was terrible. No ceiling light whatsoever. The only lights that were installed were so dull that it felt like we were in a cave. On top of that the bedside lamp didn't work either. TERRIBLE BATHROOM DESIGN AND FITTINGS: besides being unnecessarily spacious (bedroom was cramped but toilet had enough room to fit a bed), the bathroom section had no drain below/near the shower, so you had to walk through dirty shower water to get out of the shower area to get dry. The counter tops had barely been wiped and the previous residents' hair was on the wall Bathroom CURTAINS AND WALLS HAD BLACK MOULD. Old fixtutes, with gross water stains on the fixtures. Bathroom CURTAINS and walls had black mould. There was a large tree growing through the bathroom ceiling, which would have been a nice touch, except there was patchwork metal sheets to cover up the gap in the roof and old unmaintained woodstrips to cover the soil- that's how lazy the hotel owners/caretakers are. It's not like the tree grew suddenly and they had no time to make more appropriate safety coverings NO HOT WATER : even on the highest temperature setting on the instant water heater, the water was barely Luke warm. Beach water was hotter I can keep going with more and more things that were distasteful and made out stay horrible but basically- don't stay here unless you want to be disappointed

        Deserve for only 2 stars. Clean rooms, but nothing more. Entire hotel not well maintained, climatic, friendly staff, but still not 4 stars. Beach gravel covered, not sand.

        I was in Thailand for 7 day, 3 days phuket 4 days Krabi @ Villa Cha Cha, It felt amazing, I feel krabi is better than phuket if you are a couple ….stunning beaches, good food, Peace …this property is very very well maintained I must say the management has done a tremendous job with the deco … best prop in krabi … I have a lot to say but I guess that’s enough …All the best .. Trust me this property is better than it appears in photos …
