Stayed here for five nights, it's close to the river and the main restaurant/bar street, so the position is good. Rooms are basic and quite comfortable, mine was on the ground floor , with a large patio area. The decor is dark wood in a traditional style, with on suite, safe, fridge etc, word of warning , you are not allowed to put toilet paper down the toilet. However I felt the rooms were a little dirty, as was the linen and towels, I had a pair of trousers in the draw, on taking them out they were covered in dust. Breakfast , while included, was probably one of the worst I've ever had, fried eggs very, very overcooked, the salad garnish had not been washed and as for the coffee , practically undrinkable. Lastly we opted to have our laundry done here as the price looked reasonable, another word of warning here, make sure you get it weighed before it's washed, on collecting mine he tried to charge for 5 kilos , when it was no more than three. Staff are friendly , but only the guy seemed to speak any English. I think on looking around you can get a cheaper, better hotel in the area, I would not recommend.

I booked this hotel and paid through Agoda, but at check-in, they claimed no rooms were available and moved us to another hotel. They assured a room here on the second day, yet again, no room available. We were relocated once more, with no prior notice, and it seems the room cost less than what I paid. This hotel seems subpar with poor hospitality, and the staff avoids answering our questions or providing assistance. I want to caution those seeking accommodation with the same owner to steer clear and find alternatives far away.

We rented four rooms for 2 nights. Our original hotel, Golden Lotus, overbooked and we were moved to this hotel. Interior is made of wood and looks pretty dated. At least two of our toilet switches were missing and one of our toilet covers was broken. When the rooms are being made, coffee and water were not refilled. One of our patio doors did not have a handle on the outside so it was difficult to come back inside. The beds and pillows were hard and stiff. It was giving me a headache so I used my travel neck pillow instead. Breakfast is simple and held at a nearby hotel location. Only positives would probably be the location near the night market and service with the employees weren’t that bad.

We walked in to ask for 2 rooms and the vietnamese guy there was quite in a hurry. Looks like he wasn't so happy to see customers. The room we got was tiny and very overpriced, he set any price. I'm sure he wasn't the owner. We just didn't feel welcome as paying guests. Later we met the manager, also a vietnamese guy, but friendlier. There are a lot of those kind of hotels & guesthouses, just go to any other. We ended up moving next to a hotel next door. Much bigger rooms, cheaper and friendly lao stuff.

I have experiences worse experience where when i arrived for check in, the room is full which they will move me to different hotel without informing. I moved to different hotel immediately. Furthermore, my aunty is staying as well here and the hotel moved her to smaller room but charging same price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
