A wonderful place to stay, they took amazing care of us! They booked us a ride to and from the airport, so our trip was stress free. The breakfast was delicious, and they have a nice terrace you can enjoy it on. Location is right by the square in a great spot in Trastevere. The google location is a little bit off from where it actually is, so be aware of that (navigate to Ci-Lin and it is right next door). Our stay was amazing!

my husband and I had a spectacular experience here when we stayed in July. "Julie" as she let us call her, was so kind and welcoming as was the rest of our staff. From the amazing meals, to helping us get bus cards it was the kind of experience I had hoped to have for my first trip to Italy!! I gave 5 stars for location but should note this place is right in the middle of everything which I LOVED but it also meant that I could hear teenagers dancing the macarena in the plaza one night.

Notwithstanding the amazing location, this is one of the few places to experience real Italian hospitality. Never experienced such warmhearted kindness, generosity and warmth in any hotel or B & B like I did here. The breakfast was spectacular, the room clean and cozy, the staff and hotel owner extremely welcoming and attentive. There are very few places left when you are made to feel home like this.

This small hotel is in a great location next to Sta Maria in Trastevere. The staff are lovely, the room was immaculate and there is a pretty series of balconies for breakfast and relaxing during the day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
