Excellent base for our stay in Bordeaux. We stayed in the Flore apartment which we found to be well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a real home from home. The apartments are located in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of various tram/bus stops and not too far to walk into town. There are a few shops nearby and a couple of nice restaurants further down the street. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent pillows and good quality bedding. The bathroom had an excellent shower. It was a real treat to have all the things needed for breakfast available in the apartment and topped up daily. We will miss the bag of bread and pastries hanging on our door in the morning now we are home. Communication with the owners of Villa Erizio was excellent - all emails were answered promptly and information on how to access the property was clear and provided in good time. All the staff that we met were helpful, pleasant and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Bordeaux.

An absolutely beautiful apartment with all the comforts one would hope for. We stayed in Yao li apartment that had a spiral staircase to a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom area. This suited us very well but may be a problem for those with mobility problems. We loved how quiet the room was and the little kitchen was a wonderful addition to our comfort levels.

Fabulous place to stay in Bordeaux. The decor is elegant and comfortable, excellent bedding, strong ac, good appliances and fantastic service. Bread and pastries are delivered daily for breakfast, and the units are resupplied with coffee pods, cookies and snacks, cheeses, butter, fresh fruit, and complementary beverages. Can't ask for more!

This place was absolutely perfect!!! So easy with the PIN number to get in and out, perfect location, gorgeous room with so much space. Loved the extra touches with the delivered pastries, water and individual snacks and for once a hotel which has a really good hair dryer!! Thank you for an excellent stay

Fabulous apartment hotel, all the amenities that you would need for a short or long stay in Bordeaux. Lovely quiet location, central Bordeaux and main train station easily accessible. Communication was superb. Small breakfast bag hung on your door in the morning is a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
