Loved the location because it was close to the concert arena. EUR area is quite chill and quiet. The receptionists were really kind and welcoming! Rooms were nice with comfy beds.

I am not able to rate the hotel because I had to cancel the reservation on booking. It was free cancelling the reservation. I still have not got back the money they already took from my account. When I texted the hotel, they said it could take around 1 month. It usually takes 3 days. I am scared I will not get the money back.

STAY AWAY! Please resist the “urge” to choose this hotel due to budget reasons. You will indeed regret.. We were a part of a delegation that was split into two hotels over 4 nights, due to limited rooms. Me and 5 others stayed at Villa Eur and we all had the same story: 1. Concrete beds and Brick pillows (as my polite British colleague so elegantly said) results in horrible quality of sleep 2. The hotel looks and feels like a worn down college dorm, or an old, abandoned hospital. The pictures don’t tell the full story… 3. The walls are paper thin!! You can hear a normal discussion from two rooms down the hall or even the floor above. 4. Breakfast was limited to plain bread, a simple selection of ham and cheese, and tasteless scrambled egg, and no access to salt… 5. The staff seems friendly on the surface, but are not really helpful, and at checkout simply rude. No answer on e-mails. We chose to change hotel the last two nights after the conference, paid 30 euros more and got so surprised by the difference in quality, both in the quality of the hotel and the plentiful breakfast buffet that we COULD have enjoyed earlier 😔

I stayed in the hotel while in Rome for business. It was fine. The rooms definitely need an upgrade. They were clean but incredibly basic and not very welcoming. The staff were great. There was one particular guy who worked in the restaurant who was fantastic. Wish I knew his name. He was friendly, welcoming and really went out of his way to have a conversation and make you feel wanted.

The rooms were pretty basic, like hospital rooms. Very loud especially during the week as there is a gym with very loud music just next to the "hotel". Breakfast was ok, but definitely not great, whereby the lunch and dinner I would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
