Villa Felicity

What first struck us about the villa was its size. This villa is really for at least 2 large families, the villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 huge common rooms + a large common area and a separate gazebo outside. For a family with three children, the area was very decent. Large swimming pool, well-groomed area. The interior is quite tired, old furniture, old renovations, but everything is done with high quality. The price of the villa compensates for these shortcomings. In terms of cleanliness, I also can’t say that it was cleaned well before our arrival, there was no big garbage or anything else, but there was enough dust and small debris that later blew up from under the sofas. Despite the huge areas and volumes of the room, the air conditioning system was well made; it was not hot or stuffy anywhere, despite the fact that the air conditioners were turned off the day we left. The villa is located in a very quiet place, no external noise can be heard. However, we must take into account that there is practically nothing within walking distance. One restaurant, 10 minutes walk and 7eleven, 15 minutes walk, one massage parlor, in the middle between them. This wasn’t a problem for us; we rode bikes, but there wasn’t much to go for a walk in the evening. There is a rickety billiard table, the children played a lot. The only unpleasant moment became clear when handing over the villa; the host began checking the bed linen and made a complaint about unknown stains on the sheet (5 by 5 mm somewhere), indicating that he might have to buy a new set of linen if it didn’t wash. Everything turned out well, as I understand it, the stains were washed off, but when accepting the villa, take this into account so that there are no questions later. In general, the villa is very decent for the money.

Giving only 1 star is enough. When calling to reserve this place, speak well. But the meeting found out that he was going to receive the key to the house and spoke badly. His face looked like he was angry at the customer. We were shocked when we went inside the house. The floor is sticky, like the house hasn't been mopped at all. The floor is dirty. The bathroom shower is very hot. Can't adjust the temperature. The kitchen had no gas. In the kitchen, inside the lower cabinet there were bags and several pairs of shoes. Open the cabinet and smell the shoes. I feel very bad.
