The room is very small expecially the bathroom, where you can barely move. The hotel is in front of a bar/restaurant so there is zero privacy when you are in the balcony and it is loud until late in the night. Street noise. Anyway the Price is reasonable for the position that is very good.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for a day, and it's incredibly convenient to reach directly from the ferry. For budget-conscious travelers, I highly recommend taking the government bus, which not only offers affordable fares starting at 1.70 Euros but also drops you off right at the hotel. The central location is a standout feature; you won't need to rent a car as the primary bus station is just a 10-minute walk away. Choosing to stay here, as opposed to the often overpriced Oia, was a wise decision. This location offers a peaceful retreat, yet it's still close to key attractions. A 10-minute walk takes you to the charming Immegrovali, while another 10 minutes leads you to the bustling City Center of Fira. Plus, you're just a 2-minute walk from the Three Bells of Fira, a must-see landmark. For travelers seeking an affordable and central accommodation option, this is the perfect place. I can't recommend it enough, and the additional points I've shared make it an even more appealing choice.

Brilliant, Maria receptionist was very helpful and arranged our transfers, the driver was friendly. This was a great location and clean room with beautiful services available with restaurants and bars close. Also had luggage room facilities. Recommend this villa 💯

Maria (owner) was a great communicator and assisted in booking taxis and excursions. The location was phenomenal and right off of the caldera walk (10 minute walk to Fira). The apartment was cozy and the air condition was very cold. Maria gave us restaurant recommendations. This was conveniently located to everything on the island. Would recommend!

The location was great, few minutes walk either direction to get to heart if Fira or Firostefani. The hostess was incredibly sweet and helpful, gave great recommendations. The room was cleaned daily and had a small balcony. Only negative is that the room was pretty small and cramped, and the church bells will wake you up in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
