This was a complete delight. The building has been very tastefully built and the rooms are large and with simple but classy furniture. The pool is amazing (good size and well built) and Chathu was a lovely host for us. He sorted rickshaws (Asam) that would collect us from anywhere in the Fort area (300R per trip), motorbikes and was just a lovely presence around the house. Breakfast was very simple with fruit, toast and fried or scrambled eggs.

The management is absolutely unfriendly and non-accommodating. The attitude of owners the villa is extremely non accommodating about basic things and they are at times rude. they are often tries to act as if they don't understand what you are saying just so they dont have to comply with your request. All in all, kindly avoid this Villa.

The attitude of the owners of the villa is extremely awful. Service is so unprofessional..I was so dispointed since I could have many better options for this price. (Galle is my native place therefore Im familier with Area). I was very shame infront of my friends thus i leave the place as soon as possible. MY FINAL OPINION IS DONT GO THERE. there are bunch of small hotels provide good service.

Spacious, modern, clean rooms. Owners and caretakers should have better communication since the place was not ready when we arrived. But afterwards the staff was helpful and made us a good breakfast.

Our worst stay during 14 days trip at SR. Swimming pool was out of use becouse of chemicals. They didn't give us rooms on time. Also there was working noisy as hell becouse of contruction site working.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
