Not horrible but not good either. Reception guy was nice for the one (1) time we saw him. The room is pretty and simple, and that's about it. Sheets have suspicious stains and have cigarette holes in it, shower curtain doesn't cover the shower, ran out of toilet paper on our second day and went to ask for more but never found anyone at reception. There was no one at reception for checkout either, and a man told us he would give the keys to the owner. Has a pretty view if you're staying on the upper floor, but if you're staying on the lower one you have the people that are bathing in the pool 2m away from you. Alright choice if you don't plan to be in your room for long.

Good location, 800 meters from city centre or fira bus terminal. Room is nice, you can get a bit of feel of living in a greek style house. And nice sea view from the rooms at top floor(1st floor). It is not close to sea shore , but you can see the city and the sea after it. So the view from the top floor is good. Bathroom is little dirty, but it was ok for us. Wifi was very slow and kept on disconnecting, maybe because our room was at the top floor and the wifi range was low. Overall it was good for the price, less than 40 euros per day.

There was some miscommunication on their part. Basically we told them we don't want to be picked up from the airport (it's shared taxi you are not even alone!) for 25€, and they said okay we are picking you up(Right before our flight was leaving). We again stated we didn't want that service and still there was a taxi there waiting for us. Luckily the taxi driver understood that it it was them being stupid and call them to tell not to expect their commission. The bus is right there and costs less than 2€.

the person we communicated with, prior our arrival, did not even worked there and when we arrived nobody even knew about it. Our room was not ready (no bed sheets, soap, towels, shower curtain, light, etc.) we had to communicate that we would like the basic things to the host who also did not speak any of 3 languages that we spoke. Also the whole site looked like a construction site with trash everywhere outside our door and on a property. The worst place I ever stayed.

You get what you pay for! The villa needed a renovation at least 10 years ago. The only convenient thing is its position! I booked via booking and then, when i saw the reviews on google, i tried to cancel it but the owner rejected my request ...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
