Our flight had a delay. I have made a reservation through booking at 23:37. The host never appeared at the property, never returned a phone call, nor did answer my messages. They have written there is a 24 hour front desk and there is no such a thing. I was left at 2 am without any accommodation and was being charged for that!

The first impression was extremely NEGATIVE! The reservation was made through booking, and while we had informed that we would arrive late at night, no message had been answered, so when we arrived at the hotel the clerk refused to give us the key unless we canceled through booking first. He was very rude and absolute about it. We had to cancel as the time was late and we were tired from the trip. The room was ground floor, renovated, clean, and very warm. Its location was very good, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a metro station and some restaurants. Its downside was the accordion door to the bathroom which provided no privacy and soundproofing. The building did not have an elevator, so if you book a room on a floor you will have to carry your luggage in your hands.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I’ll be honest. This is not a 3-star hotel, I would say this is a one star hotel to be more accurate. They gave me the worst room literally next to the counter at the lobby. There shouldn’t even be a room here. You can hear everything and the door doesn’t even fully close, you can see some of the light from the lobby. To make it even worse, I brought a girl for a couple of hours and they even charged me for that. Definitely my worst experience in a hotel. Do yourselves a favor and don’t stay in this hotel.

Booked through booking on mobile where was no information about the check in hours, but mistakenly I thought 24 hours front desk will have no problem to check in us in late hours as we had night flight. I have tried to contact hotel all day - NO ANSWER. we came to hotel at 3am - there was none life at the reception!! we needed to call there, altough we did not have local data... after 5 minutes guy came and said we have not managed to check in on time and they over booked our room!!!, but they have not bothered to call us or anything! and we are still waiting for the answer on our emails requesting refund. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE!!! try to avoid them completly...

If you are thinking of staying in this hotel don’t bother! I’ve booked this for my first holiday as couple hoping for fairly on the budget but nice place to stay. Place is out of Milan city center ( you have to catch two trains to train station). We were arriving late after 8pm we rang up and we have been told for every hour we will be charged £23 euro. I have booked room with private bathroom when I arrived been handed a key to a toilet in the cortical and we had shower in the room corner. I would never booked that as an option and reception advised that what I was booking! Didn’t see option on website about shared bathroom too! Bed uncomfortable, room cold we had to pay extra to stay somewhere else as we could t bare another night there. Hotel didn’t refund money for our stay either. We were truly traumatised after this stay.
