We truly enjoyed our time at Hotel Villa Ilias. Although we had a poolside room without a private balcony, we were still able to enjoy the incredible view from the pool deck any time. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful and helpful, offering to help plan activities or make reservations. It was a nice area, a little quieter but a few shops and quick food spots just a two minute walk away from the hotel. We could not have enjoyed our time there more and hope to return!

We just back from our mini holidays as still talking how great Villa illias was! It was in perfect location the view we get from our balcony or swimming pool area😍 breakfast with Greek coffee was delicious🤤 had a lovely surprise in our room on arrival ! We definitely would come back 😉 thank you for our lovely stay, everyone in Villa Ilias was so friendly and helpful 🙏

Quaint hotel far enough from the buzz of Fira but close enough to walk there in less than 15 minutes. Stayed in the Monadikos suite and while a little tight for our group of four adults (mostly our fault given the number of large suitcases we had), the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ultra-friendly and attentive staff, the home-cooked breakfasts (with daily surprises) and, of course, the fantastic views from the room's terrace (and hot tub!) as well as from pool deck rounded out our wonderful stay.

We came to Santorini 6 years ago and said that for our 10th anniversary we would come back. We were supposed to be ther for 3 night but because of bad weather we could not leave Mykonos. We had reservations at the penthouse for 3 nights. I email them and they were very understanding. We didn’t have to pay for the night we didn’t start. They were very commutative and friendly. Once we got there they had someone waiting for us at the marina. What should have Ben a 3 hrs to Santorini turn out to be 7. Once at the hotel we got greeted by the most amazing guy. He showed us to the room and help with luggage. The breakfast, that is included, was amazing. They also give you a taste of what is a real breakfast for them. Then, you get to go to the breakfast buffet. Small but enough to get you through the morning or even the early afternoon. The views from our room were amazing. Space was tight for what’s we are use to bit I can’t complain much after having the view. Would stay here again!!! Thank you guys, you know who you are🥰

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
