        Our family had a lovely time here for a week in Santorini. The villa is clean, the rooms are somewhat basic, but very clean and comfortable. TV and fridge in the room (a kettle would be a welcome addition). The outside pool area is great. Very well kept and with lots of seating. From the perimeter wall you can see the cruise ships docking across the caldera in Fira and Oia. The owners are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We really felt welcomed. As it's in the middle of the island, a car or bike is handy. But there is a bus stop right outside and nothing is very far away. A brilliant place as a quiet and restful base for our holiday.

        It's decent at best. Don't expect anything great here. I arrived late at night and was exhausting from a day of travel only to have the owner knocking at my door right at 11am telling me I have to check out right away. I stayed for most of the day at the pool and not a single person checked in. Not very nice. The location is not really close to anything so you need transportation.

        Scam Artists: Over priced and deceitful! Room: The room is not very clean, and very old. There was a spider crawling on one of the pillows. The white towels had a grey hue to it; looking dirty and not clean at all. One of the pillows on the bed had a hair inside it. Sleepless nights - not only was the humidity was very high, they provided us with wet folded bedsheets. It was freezing cold and damp and as a result we didn't get any sleep. When we raised the issue, we were told that the bedsheets were steamed and that's why they were still damp (6 hours later?). Wifi: When inquiring about why there is no wifi in our room, we were initially told that sometimes the internet service drops. In challenging that (as there was always wifi by the front desk area, and if it were the case, there would be no wifi anywhere on the premises when service allegedly drops), the story changed to there is only public wifi, which means there is only wifi near the lobby or front desk area. I advised that in the section describing amenities, it reads “Free Wifi”. The woman got defensive and asked if I was calling her a liar and I said that I said no such thing and only that it’s deceitful to advertise as such on their website, if there is no free wifi throughout the premises. Then they said they would change the advertisement to reflect accuracy. In asking for a better rate due to this, we were told that the price does not include the cost of wifi? You can decipher that one. Power Outage: One of the nights we were there, the power went out for a few minutes which was terrifying as the hotel is located in a semi-deserted area and it was pitch black. Coffee Order: When ordering a cup of coffee, we asked the price and were told 3 euros. After providing us with the coffee the lady runs out with the receipt after we has already paid her the 3 euros and the receipt reads 3.50 euros. She tried charging us .50 euros. We asked why when we were told it’s 3 euros and the lady says it’s because they didn't have smaller cups and gave it to us in a larger cup. We told her we never asked for a larger cup and weren’t told there was anything but a standard size… Other issues: We were advised that check-in is at 2:00 pm. We arrived at 4:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready, despite the hotel being quite vacant. Despite all this, the hotel refused to provide any discount, and refused to change our room while there was plenty of vacancy. Update: Reply to Hotel Response: -Salt can actually make fabric cleaner/whiter. - "Υou mentioned spiders and hair when the check was done, none of these two were there. " How can you confirm they were not there? If you are implying something, it only demonstrates how untruthful you are. - "In this case you have to be carefully with your food. Maybe you have eaten at the bed and a spider visit you, it's normal." In addition to assuming we ate in bed, spiders feed on insects not food, i.e. there must have been other insects around. - "We didn't tell you lies about the internet. Ηowever, sometimes the signal breaks due to weather and the reception doesn't even have internet and it's not our fault." So it was broken the whole time we were there? Re-read the review. You stated 3 different reasons to try and validate a lie. - "About the power outage, it was total black out of island no one had electricity. We are sorry that this situation scares you so much, but it wasn't from us." If that is in fact the case, we should’ve been forewarned that this may happen and the room should’ve been equipped with flashlights or candles..... the other 2 girls were also scared. - "Finally, you ask about a discount at your room and our answer was that we couldn't make a discount because we have already did ...." We never had any discounts, we paid what was quoted. Additionally, we are happy to pay the posted price if it is matched by proper service. - "And also you ask to change room." We were planning on staying an extra day but because of what we encountered we moved to a different hotel the last night.

        cheaply made and built not according to building regulations, breakfast stale and just dangerous to eat owners behaviour just unacceptable visited several years ago and from what I can see in the rest of the comments not improved at all

        The place is not bad from the outside, but the dirt is everywhere inside. The towels are grey, the floors and the tables are not cleaned and disinfected. The noise from the street is bothering, the wifi is working only near the reception. The staff is friendly and the price is low for Santorini. Because of the cleanliness I can’t give 2 stars, but price - quality is worth 2 stars.
