We booked the villa on booking for a group of 5 people. Villa condition: The photo of the advertisement does not correspond to reality, in the photo the villa is immediately after renovation, but in fact everything is in terrible condition: - external and internal walls; - green wall in the photo, in fact without a plant; - dirty windows, floors, walls and bed linen; - the entrance lock does not work well - the furniture is all shabby - rusty and crooked blinds on the windows and the rest, it’s difficult to list everything. I will add supporting photos to the review. Master: On the first day upon check-in, all the shortcomings were sent, Duncan came, agreed with all the shortcomings, announced that everything would be corrected and promised a discount. There was silence for a week, then the answer: “In our opinion, the existing shortcomings are not significant and we will not correct anything or make a discount for the inconvenience.” The owner of the villa deliberately misleads people who book accommodation through booking, since the photo does not correspond to reality. Location: Please note that the point on the map in booking is not marked correctly; in fact, the Villa is located further from the beach, more than 2 km. Can't be reached on foot, only taxi or scooter. The villa is located on a mountain, so be prepared that a taxi will not be able to drive up to the villa, taxi drivers simply refuse to go up the mountain, so you constantly need to go up and down, incl. with suitcases upon entry and exit. There are few reviews on the ad, not because the villa is new, but because the ad was republished, I think due to the low rating of the previous ad (considering the condition of the villa and service), so the owners decided to deceive booking and future residents by making a new ad, I also think that for this reason another point on the map is indicated so that there is no intersection with previous information. Those. The advertisement is in fact fraudulent, since the owner of the villa is selling at an inflated price a villa without renovation in a terrible condition, while posting a photo from 5 years ago. I demand that Booking block the ad because the location indicated in the ad and the photo is not true.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
