They have bad service and A fraudulent woman, her name is Jamila. Be careful from her. I gave her the credit card to pay the amount of residence with them, so she added 600 dirhams to the amount that I will pay. And on the third day I called them, they started to disconnect, I called them and they hung up on me several times. I could not get the money until after I traveled again from Casablanca to Marrakesh, and I did not have time because the time of my trip was approaching, so I traveled to Marrakesh again, so I spent more than 600 dirhams to travel from Casablanca to Marrakesh. In fact, I deeply regretted choosing the wrong hotel like this one. Note : when entering the credit card code, make sure the amount is well because such people take advantage of such opportunities. If you reveal their case, they will tell you sorry. We made a mistake. We will send you money later. Do not go from there until you are sure that you got your money. Thank you. It was an ominous experience that I wanted to share with you.

If you are looking for a serene and beautiful escape then it s the perfect spot for you..spotless place, beautiful atmosphere, gorgeous nature and lovely service. Moreover,gastronomy is great with affordable prices. We would definitely reconsider for future holidays.

Peace there is a very ambitious girl in fringed and where it is ... Almarjoaa of the shop owner has to respect all of the runs with him and not Allah ... or bad Almuammlh..ao doubt, in the theft of anything like a wristwatch, which turned out to be in the other Zaah of what his wife was drunk ... and Hkuraa .... special to all of actuation in that place ........

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
