I stayed in this hotel to spend 5 days with my family, and it was pretty good. The room service was done every day, so the apartment always stayed clean. The staff is very nice and they speak several languages so it makes it easier to communicate with us tourists. The breakfast was really good and it had many different foods. The room was quite decent but it had lots of stairs, which we personally didn't like, and it had a really ugly view. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it is very close to the center of Paris and it has metro everywhere.

Great place to stay while visiting Paris! We booked a duplex room for 3 and requested single beds which was provided. The beds were comfortable which we needed after walking around Paris all day! The bathroom was clean and shower powerful. Our check-in went smoothly especially as I was given the option to do it online in advance. Our breakfast the next morning had a good selection and I was able to enjoy cereal, yoghurt, pastries and fresh bread. The hotel hasn't necessarily had good reviews but we couldn't fault it. I would happily stay there again. We booked through the hotel and got a better room and rate then was offered on booking websites.

I was rather impressed by this place. Especially given the reviews here. Staff seemed great. Rooms were small and a little faded but nicely furnished and good for Paris. Paid at the higher end for the place but happy enough. Got a late check in and was happy to pay a small amount for several hours late check in . So all in all very happy

Room was smaller than expected and advertised, staff were friendly and breakfast isn't bad. The bath had a weird problem with not draining for a while but that may be a faulty plug. TV only has french channels too, sadly no BBC! Overall, was a nice place to stay Edit: after trying to check out, was nearly charged for snacks from the mini bar that weren't in the mini bar to start with! Then was confronted with the fact that breakfast was £14.50 per person, a fact they "conveniently" don't tell you until check out. Would not recommend or stay here again, not sure how they 4 stars at all, not good quality.

Very friendly staff and beautiful room. They need to improve probably the breakfast (just cereals, some cheese and toast) and the detail cleaning (found and old bar of soap in the shower from previous people).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
