I had an amazing stay at Villa Makassar, staying here really made for the perfect holiday! It’s an incredible place to relax and enjoy; The service is excellent, with kind and professional staff, the hotel itself is beautiful with so much thought and detail put into the decoration throughout. We loved the art in the room, it was very special and the spa!! The location in the casbah was perfect and so conveniently located to explore Marrakech, can’t wait for our next visit!

My husband and I stayed here in August 2023. The place is super clean and nice. The staff were very accommodating. Our room had some issues but the staff upgraded us to a better room quickly without additional cost. They checked up on us often to ensure that everything is good . The best part is they allowed us to check out whenever we wanted. I’d recommend people to stay here because you will have access to everything with a 5-10 min taxi ride.

The hotel is tucked away in the kasbah. We entered via a dramatic long hallway, which set us up for the art deco interior throughout. The staff were very friendly. Had a great massage and relaxed in the haman and the jacuzzi pool. I had a great time at villa makassar and would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful riad, highly recommended. The location is perfect, on the edge of the Old Medina so walkable to lots of places but quiet enough so that you can totally relax Exceptional welcome from Samira, who is somehow always visible when you need her. We had massages and Hammam from Fatima and Quamir, absolutely superb. Ismail was our waiter at dinner, every request was accommodated. I would 100% stay there again, when in Marrakech. A true home away from home.

We went here for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff are so attentive and lovely. On the day of our anniversary, they had re made our bed with rose petals in the shape of a heart. They had also shaped two towels in the shape of two swans. The food is lovely and the spa is so relaxing. I cannot recommend this highly enough. If there were more stars in the rating they would get them all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
