We stayed as a family of four. Very comfortable stay. A/C worked great, hot water, and refrigerator worked as well. Really nice pool and bar area. Everything is really close and we had a car so the location was good with restaurants within 3 minute drive. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the 🍷. We enjoyed our stay!!

One of the most memorable stay! The owners are so kind and nice… It’s a family owned property. Away from the crowd but at the same time, just a few Mins drive to the main Fira city. There are restaurants nearby too. Love the pool area , breakfast place. Rooms are spacious with good balcony too. The owners are so lovely and make you feel Home. Highly recommend this place!

Truly one of the nicest places we have stayed in Greece! The location is amazing, just 15 mins from the airport and walking distance to Fira. Also amazing coffee spot up the road too called Vale! But the staff are absolutely incredible in Villa Manos. They really go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much for them. They are just the nicest people!! We already want to return and stay here!! Our room was perfect, plenty of space, linen smelled so nice and fresh. Really nice pool area and we only ate one night at the bar which was also very nice! This place is honestly perfect!

The food at the restaurant is terrible. I ordered spaghetti bolognese and it didn't resemble anything like it. The evening waitress is a bit surly. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly, especially the young man who fixed my air conditioner after it wouldn't turn on. The power went out in the middle of the night (I believe this was an island-wide outage) but as the reception was closed at midnight there was no one I could call for help. I even walked out of my room looking for a guard, but there was no one. And an emergency light in my room had lit up, which is what woke me up, but there was no way to turn it off. The water also doesn't run when the power is out. Luckily the problem resolved itself within 45 minutes or so and I got electricity back, air con back, the emergency light off and I could go back to sleep. Breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired. Don't come here for the food. But yes, the staff were incredibly friendly. Even the surly evening waitress. Surly, but friendly.

Incredible stay. This family owned business is full of so much love. I was blown away by the beautiful energy Villa Manos has. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The room was beautiful and the location is divine. The food is delicious and the wine is incredible 🫶🏼🍷 See you next time Villa Manos

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
