        Villa Marina is a true gem of a hotel that offers timeless luxury and unparalleled service. Every member of the staff has an innate level of attention to detail, and is proactive in making sure you not only have a wonderful stay, but also a wonderful experience on the island. From the moment we disembarked from the crowded ferry, Villa Marina was present to make sure we were taken care of. Our heavy bags were taken and one of the two hotel shuttles was awaiting us. It was a very crowded morning in Capri, and many people wanted to ride in the cutely designed open car, but our driver politely told them it was reserved for the Villa Marina guests, us! Upon arrival we were whisked into one of the hotel's many beautiful garden nooks and offered a complimentary fresh lemonade (Made with Capri lemons of course!). The hotel staff then gave us a map of the island and recommended detailed activities for each location. We followed their advice precisely and had the most wonderful time. The hotel additionally made reservations for restaurants (ones that were seemingly sold out if I tried myself!), boat trips, and beach clubs. Our group decided on a private boat rental on the morning of, and the hotel was able to accommodate us with a gorgeous private charter that was actually quite affordable (by Capri standards!). The hotel cars will also take you to many places around the island and are able to pick you up at a moment't notice, this was a wonderful service that carried the luxury of the hotel beyond its walls, and made the whole island feel as though it was under the Villa Marina umbrella. Do not waste any more time looking at other hotels, this is the best of the best! We cannot wait to return.

        I was in Villa Marina Capri for 2 nights . The difference between others and this hotel became evident from the moment we landed by a cruise , we were treated like valuable guests from port and our luggage was handled by the hotel staff . A car from hotel was brought to take us to hotel where it’d have been very difficult to reach due to Capri’s terrain . During our stay we were treated like kings. The staff was excellent and always forthcoming for our help . The hotel property is very very beautiful, the food is excellent. The view from hotel is breathtaking. I’d again like to mention the par-excellence staff .

        We cannot stop raving about Villa Marina Capri. They truly provide their guests the VIP 5-star treatment. From the moment we checked in, we were upgraded to the spacious Castello suite with it's sea view and expansive terrace, greeted with a bottle of champagne and a welcoming note. Hotel Villa Marina was extremely accommodating...from the booking us reservations to a much coveted restaurant, booking our private boat tour, shuttles to the city to arranging all our departure details. Martina & Alessia and their team were the best, so warm, professional and knowledgeable. Other amenities worth mentioning are the VMH shuttle rides, always available when needed and the breakfast was top notch. Cocktails by the pool were terrific. The suite was immaculate, light and airy with high ceilings. The icing on the cake was HVM & staff left us a thoughtful departing gift. We highly recommend Villa Marina Capri hotel and we will definitely return.

        If you are in Capri even for 1 night, I highly recommend staying at Villa Marina - you will not be disappointed! As a regular traveler I have stayed at many many hotels, resorts, 5 stars but I have truly never received the kind of service, care and attention to detail that I got at Villa Marina. Me and my husband were in Capri for 3 days for our anniversary and we chose Villa Marina for the stay. I couldnt be happier about this decision - starting from a shuttle to pick us up at the Port , a comforting welcome drink, being welcomed by a smile at the reception and a hearty congratulations in the form of Champagne and fruits in the room all seemed like a perfect start to the vacation we wanted. Some service callouts; I hope these help you understand the high level of comfort and service that was provided to us: - Complementary shuttles everyday from the main center, port etc for all guests - Heated pool with a very well taken care of pool benches with a bar - A very helpful (and always smiling and friendly) Staff - Rooms with amazing views of the Coast - The whole hotel is very nicely curated and very beautiful! - Love their turn down service where everyday there was a nice little touch added for us - This is a hotel that rarely said no to absolutely any request or help we asked for - This is absolutely RARE! - The chef making a special breakfast to cater to my egg allergy - Very gracious and helpful staff who will help you not just with your itinerary but also incase you are in a pickle. They handle the toughest situations with utmost grace and competence. We had left our medicines in Villa Marina after checkout and did not realise it till we reached Amalfi; Annalaura and the team did everything in their hands to get it delivered to us the same day - all out of good will. Their guest relations team ( Annalaura, Bianca, Daniela, Martina, Ilaria and Alessia) made every day super special and easy for us. If you are traveling to Capri; this hotel is the easiest choice and all the people above will make sure you have the best time. Every time I am in Capri - I will be staying here and goes without saying - this place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from my side.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
