This is a wonderful and picturesque apartment in an ideal location close to the sea and Dubrovnik. The apartment is inside a beautiful walled garden so it's private, quiet but still has views of the nearby docks and surrounding area. The owner was very helpful and friendly, welcoming us with home made cakes and drinks and providing advice and local information on the area. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you'd need, Aircon in the rooms, comfortable beds and everything was very clean and tidy. I'd happily stay here again if I'm lucky enough to find myself in Croatia again in the future!

Top Location! Comfortable beds. Big closet. Good bathroom. Nice and clean. The apartment was nice with the best possible location. It was calm and nice with a genuine feeling . Very nice owner, Mara, who helped us with good tips. We will be happy to return again! 3 female weekend guests in October.

Wonderful place to stay spotless and super garden space. Beautifully located in a quiet area but an easy walk from beach and restaurants. Mara the owner is a treasure warm and so welcoming sharing tips and a wealth of knowledge of places to visit. Highly recommend this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
