I've been there for one night and I have to say that I was surprisely happy with the experience in this hotel. First, the staff is super kind. Second, the room was great, clean, comfy bed, good smell, fridge, balcony.. Third, all inclusive works well, the food is average but good.. No complaints at all

Start with the positives.. Manager really great and sorted our room much earlier than the stated 4.00pm as my daughter had an epileptic seizure on the plane. Room adequate and clean. Had a couple of problems with shower and light etc and this was sorted immediately. It was downhill from then on. No explanation of how to get around extremely hilly area. Was pointed towards a car park when asked for a shop, no explanation of how to get to shop which is through car park, take a side door and travel up 3 levels of escalators to find it. Charged €4.50 for a bottle of 0.62 bottle of water. Website promises 4 star spa, massage and wellness. Not in this hotel exactly, you just need to get a taxi to somewhere else. Food pictures and description are not real. The food on offer was limited and spent far too long sitting around that hot food was cold and cold food was warm. Refused to use restaurant by day 3 after speaking to restaurant and general managers separately.,spent more money having to eat out every meal time on top of the money already paid I feel very cheated. This was my last holiday before extensive surgery and I have been left EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Waste of money.

When we first arrived the front entrance was full with trash right at the door. When mentioned it to the hotel staff they were not interested in the info and easily dismissed it. After we checked in we were told that the restaurant was closed for the season, very disappointing. The pool area was closed after 7 which we found to be very unfortunate. The night staff was not pleasant or friendly. They offered no help for late check out. will not be staying her again, ever.

The place advertises saunas and gyms on popular sites you can book it though because if it’s sister hotels in the city which you can access but they are a taxi away. This is unacceptable. The hotel writes 4 stars, maybe it was 20 years ago, it is due a renovation. The rooms are big however, and it does the job, but I booked a nicer hotel for the last night to make it more special.

Extremely very good value for money hotel. Would definitely stay again. Very helpful staff, the pool area does get busy but it's very good. The rooms are immaculate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
