The room was big and clean but none of the special amenities are being offered right now and the website doesn't tell you that. No free wine or chocolate and the hot tub and sauna are closed. The free breakfast was your choice of cereal, chewy granola bar, or waffle (first day they had yogurt but must have ran out). Not the breakfast I'd expect for the money spent. Could pay less and get more from other hotels. Would not recommend.

You can skip this shoddy operation. The rooms are very nice, and the location is convenient to Cal Tran and BART. Our check in service was poor because the front desk girl was just rude and difficult. We called to get a late check out (12noon instead of 11) the night before we left. Housekeeping tried to enter the room at 11am and tried three more times banging on the door. We got three calls telling us check out was at 11. The check out person was a housekeeper in a t shirt and jeans. Save yourself the trouble and bad vibes and stay at a real hotel, like Hilton or Holiday Inn Express.

Stayed here 8-10 times (16 nights). I like the decor and staff. They advertise ("Your downtime can include a work out in our fitness center and a swim in the indoor pool.) that they have a pool and hot tub, but for the PAST THREE YEARS those amenities have been inoperable!

Great location to stay prior to flying out of nearby San Francisco airport. VERY pleasantly surprised at all of the "posh" and unusual finishings. Very close to restaurants, shops, & businesses. I can not imagine why this hotel is not full but, perhaps Sunday nights aren't popular for this area, or everyone is out. There were only 4 cars in the free, sub-level parking area so far, with an elevator to your floor. Very fanciful lobby, hallways, and lounge areas. A mix of Modern Victorian, should such a genre exist. Spacious room with live tv & Prime stations if you want to sign into your personal accounts; microwave, mini-fridge, safe, separate vanity, serving area, desk, and comfortable seating. Bathtub with marbled surround & floor. Everything we have seen is clean and inviting. Great welcome when we arrived with our non-refundable reservation.

Loved the room, perfect size,decor , furniture, pool spa, we were there during covid, so there was no break fast, but I hop was downstairs, great location, good value, staff were very nice, 💜😇 Amen , Praise GOD.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
