We had an amazing stay here! The room was beautiful, with gorgeous panoramic views. We liked that it was away from the bustle of the city but still very easy to get to via tuk tuk. Chanaka was so helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend.

This villa guest house is located in a suburb about 15 mins from the city center. The place is clean, managed by a very friendly helpful guy, Dhanajaya (please correct the name if I'm wrong). He was very helpful - called the railway station for me, arranged for tour of Kandy, tuk tuk to & from city center. The area has many large houses/villas, some with very nice views of the river. The room was super large; ours has a balcony overlooking the river so it was a really nice view. TV was in the common area only - it's fine because we seldom watch TV nowadays. Wifi was slow but no issue for us because we had a prepaid SIM card. Data was acceptable fast & prices are very affordable in SL for tourists. Just make sure you have enough local currency for the room. I asked to pay using USD/€ but was told they only accept SL rupees. No issue for us as we had enough but should have told us prior. Either way, i would still recommend this place.

Everything was perfect during the stay. The view is incredible and the rooms are perfectly kept, just like in a hotel. Danan Jaya is very kind and the breakfast he prepared was NIYAMAI !! I would a 100% recommend it !!!

I stayed at villa mount melody recently for a one night and I was very happy with the experience. Room was very clean and super spacious with a clean and tidy attached bathroom.They had provided towels and kettle with coffee and tea bags. Have to mention the villa garden surrounded with endemic trees and spices with a breathtaking view of mountain range.This place was truly beyond expectations considering the rates they are offering. Well worth the money!Great place to relax and enjoy!

We had a lovely time in this villa.The whole staff was very friendly and warm. Calm, quiet place with awesome view of nature. Very close to the kandy city. The best quality of staff is they never refuse for anything. I will recommended this villa to everyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
