        This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had. I had a solo room (number 4) but travelled with family and none of us was able to sleep. The club underneath had extremely loud music from 11-3am which made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. There was cigarette odour coming in from the extraction fan and the air conditioning was making loud noises. In addition, I got woken up by very loud footsteps from above at 6am which went on for at least an hour. The flat is not soundproof at all. The reception is none existent and no one was willing to help with this. No response to our messages. All rooms on the ground floor are above the club and the music can be heard clearly from everywhere. There is literally nothing good about this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. DO NOT stay here.

        I do not recommend this place. My experience in this hotel was such a nightmare because there is a night club underneath the rooms. Nobody told us about it and the administrator didn’t bother to warn us about the nightclub. The bathroom exhaust fan brings all the cigarettes smell from the nightclub and the smoke entrance to all the room. The prices are exaggeratedly high (150€ per night) for this disappointing not sleeping and restless night. I don’t know how they have a nightclub below the rooms where people pay to sleep. I literally hear all the songs they put all night long, there is a DJ and not stopping loud music and screams from the customers. The cleaning lady gave us a bad attitude service when we checked in and there was nobody in the lobby to help us to check in earlier than 4pm. To add more disappointing things, they want us to check out at 10:30am when we couldn’t sleep a second with the loud music that is inside the room. I don’t understand how people want to make money in Airbnb without considering letting people rest. If you want to pay a lot to go to a nightclub in your bedroom and not sleeping for a second this is your option. Avoid uncomfortable nights and I hope this review warn you to find a better place to sleep.

        I’m literally crying in my room right now because of the night club underneath our room. In the beginning of the night it was bearable but they turned up the music which I can hear perfectly trough my earplugs now. We have booked for 6 nights. The room is supposed to be soundproof. It’s not at all. Aside from the nightclub, you can hear your neighbors really well. There was some other smaller stuff but I feel cheated out of our vacation. The accommodations can’t help that a nightclub opened right underneath them but this is horrible. Unless you’re out till three am every night don’t book here. Save yourself the trouble.

        Do not book this place! You will not be able to sleep or enjoy your stay. You can hear the people talking below from the nightclub, the music is as loud as if it was in your room from apartment 1. Additionally the Cooling is loud and setting temperature is impossible. The smell is awful too, it smells like canals from the bathroom. This is literally the worst stay I ever had, ever.

        I don’t recommend staying at this place. First of all it is too expensive for what you get. The walls are made of thin drywall and you can hear clearly the conversation of the person in the room beside, including the downstairs hotel/night club all night long music. Obviously they don’t follow the silent hours on the rules. They are not flexible with the check-out hours. I requested a late checkout and they denied saying the latest I need to leave the room is 10.30 am. Their service hours are super reduced as their check-in time is 4pm. I could not sleep at night because of the loud music. I texted the Sun Spalato team about it and they never replied. I called them and their working hours end at 10 pm. So the music at midnight was not addressed by anyone. Not even with ear plugs is possible to sleep. I had a very bad experience with the rude cleaning lady when I arrived. She has a horrible attitude and zero customer service skills. I tried to talk to her and she said she only speaks Italian. When we spoke Italian she was very mean and careless and ignored us. What a horrible experience at this super expensive place. I really expect to get my money back. I won’t come back ever again.
