Absolutely gorgeous place! The views are spectacular, a lovely place to watch the sunset over mt Vesuvius. The property is beautiful with hydrangea, citrus and olive trees throughout. The road from the main road is a little tight, but it is a short drive. Incredible hospitality from the staff and owner. And the breakfast spread is incredible with most dishes being sourced local or made by the owner herself. About a 20 minute walk to town, but well worth it for this peaceful property and gorgeous views! Also the property is very clean and well maintained!

Villa Oriana Relais is the “to go place” if planning a trip to Sorrento!!! Everything is great and well thought through: the rooms, the amazing and freshly home made breakfast, the amazing views, the lovely staff and the adorable owner, Maria!

I found this wonderful place by accident on a road trip with my son. When we turned up with a car transporter trailer on the back of my car, I thought I was going to be turned away as there isn't a great deal of room for larger vehicles. I was made to feel most welcome by Maria and all the staff, who found room for my trailer. We stayed for three days which passed far to quickly. Thanks for the experience, we will be back

A guaranteed great experience! Homely but elegant. The villa with its silent lemon and olive orchards lets you forget that you are in a touristic town like sorrento, only to remind it to you as you enter the balcony with the gorgeous view of the sea and the city. After a relaxing sleep in the comfy room, the sumptuous breakfast made me a little kid excited for food, that was prepared by the wonderful hostess, who also passionately explained the dishes to us. Having the breakfast with a great view under the warm sun in the balcony was the highlight of my stay. I am only sad i couldn't have more as I was full from all the locally sourced dishes. Later after having a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi looking over the sea and whole town, I was reluctant to leave the place only to promise myself to comeback, at the least to enjoy the hospitality of the staff.

One of the best places to stay for vacation, the whole staff is very friendly & helpful, supports with everything you need, information, bookings for excursions, restaurants, etc The food is delicious and fresh, all made by the same day and with lot of options. the place is extremely clean, and the best is the location in a quiet lemon garden with enormous panoramic view of Sorrento bay. You can easily use walkaway shortcut to reach the City main road with restaurants within 10M walking. Dont hesitate to book it, there are not many places like that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
