My friend and I stayed there for 4 nights. We chose villa Pera because of its near distance to Taksim square. Of course we thought when we had selected the inner balcony room it was a great view waiting for us 😁 but that didn't happen. The room was so clean and cozy,but out there in the feridiye street we always faced with a mess. All over, we felt so comfortable there and it was a reasonable rational choice for two girls who were marathon participants

Villa Pera Suites Hotel is a must when coming to Istanbul Türkiye. It is located in Taksim walking distance to all transportation and local sights. This is my 3rd year here, I stay for at least 2 months. For long or short stays Villa Pera is modernly decorated, classy and rooms with kitchens are a great value for amenities. The staff is always available 24 hrs a day, all needs are met, from front desk to housekeeping…MURAD DiREN is Guest service Manager Manager of happiness, he is your go to for every need. Call him for all reservations and needs from Restaurant, cruises, hammam, excursions, taxis, airport transfers. Do yourself a favor and contact MURAD DiREN. PROS, Great location: 2 min walk to Istiklal, quiet street, relatively safe Great staff: Professional, kind, responsive (at the reception "Morad" gave very helpful tips about the places we should see along with a map of the city, good service at breakfast) Reasonable price: comparing to the neighbourhood, other hotels nearby, cleanness, amenities VERY CLEAN!!! For my dear Iranian friends, the receptionist could speak fluently in Farsi. Make sure to book the room with breakfast (for 10$). You won't be able to find such a breakfast with less than 50$ anywhere near. CONS, Nothing major. The safe-box was not working in our room, but the receptionist offered to hold our valuables in the reception's safe-box.

Perfect location close to Taksim Square, İstiklal, metro and more. The service was excellent and we really liked the staff. It's so silly but I only wish the rooms had bedside lamps for reading at bedtime. Relaxing in bed with just the overhead light was weird. Otherwise an excellent experience.

Highly appreciated and recommended! We stayed 5 nights in Villa Suite Hotel. The service, location, the room and the delicious breakfast are fabulous! most of all, the hotel manager and whole team are very nice and helpful, They went over and beyond to make you feel home! I would have not hesitation to stay in the Villa Suite hotel, if I come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
