This small hotel is in the heart of Fira literally 2 minutes walking from the Cathedral where every night people gather to see the espectacular sunset. Our room has a heated jacuzzi in the terrace with the most amazing view of the city. The hotel has also a common pool is not heated which is a shame. The hotel offer breakfast included and they also have a restaurant to enjoy the sunsets with nice electronic music and good cocktails. The prices are not bad at all for the location that is everything you want when you visit Santorini. The hotel is old if you are looking for a much modern place this is not the case. However they have everything what you need in the good hotel. The bathroom is large, shower is large, king size bed, good towels, sleepers, hairdryer and shampoo and body lotion. One you see videos of Santorini you will see the bar of the hotel because again the location is the best in town.

Review is for terrace bar. Absolutely fantastic sunset location on the "quieter" side of Fira away from the cruise ship embarkments. Prices are not cheap (14 EUR for cocktail) but neither is the location and atmosphere. We walked in and found a table right along the caldera. Friendly and quick service, proper cocktails (shaken or stirred) and wonderful vistas.

Let me start off by saying this is a REAL review. We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The team arranged our transportation from the ferry port to the hotel. We were met once we arrived with someone to assist with our bags. Met the wonderful owner and his 2 children when we checked in. Our bags were taken to our room a 'few' steps down all while we were just amazed at the view. The morning breakfasts were plenty and freshly cooked. Any special requests were received with a polite yes. The location can't be beat, right in the center of everything. If you're looking for an ideal place to stay in Santorini, this is it. The views from the restaurant, room, basically anywhere on the property are breathtaking. The hospitality from everyone was comforting. Great job Team Villa Renos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
