Amazing stay. The staff are super friendly, and the location is genuinely a wonderful place. The pool is kept super clean, the rooms are luxurious and the bathrooms are also excellent. The kitchen prepped some incredible food during mealtimes and were very hospitable and receptive to our requests. The riverfront area is very scenic and the watersports zone is literally right next door. All in all, had a great time staying here.

Overall experience was really BAD. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. They were even hesitant to help carry a luggage to the room. Didn’t have high expectations, but atleast a smile would’ve been nice. And when we asked for breakfast options they didn’t have any of the items mentioned in the menu. But we managed to get some items only after demanding constantly. And one family room didn’t have AC and they failed to fix it. On the other side, the location was perfect and it had a nice view. The master suite was massive. Whereas some other rooms were very small. BBQ was one of the best I’ve ever had. But Would’ve easily booked another villa for the amount we spent on this. Owner seriously need to consider changing the staff.

Bad: The rooms were dilapidated and badly in need of maintainance and repairs. Please see actual.images. The air-conditioning was broken in two rooms. The toilets were not cleaned and the bedding was 'yellow'. Ants all over the dining table and dead roaches. Please see pictures of what you can expect. Worst of all the owner / management, the 'Cornerman' himself, wasn't willing to address these or speak to me after several tries with their staff. Truly disappointed! Good: The staff were polite and attended to us well. The meals they prepared were also quite well done in terms of taste and presentation. The location is also quite ideal. Sadly the price tag and attention to detail was really lacking. They got a great PR team with excellent Photoshop skills but what you get is hardly what they advertise. Probably avoid and seek a better property using AirBnB, Ceylon Haven or other.
