The hotel is located in a good central location and the double room was nice although very small and with a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, however I have to give this hotel one star for the treatment I received. In short, a very annoying vibration noise was constantly heard in the room, at regular intervals of one minute, which made it difficult to fall asleep. I asked the front desk in the morning if it was possible to check the cause of this vibration and fix it. The guy who was at the front desk at that time very kindly replied that he would check it out. In the evening, since the vibration sound continued insistently, I returned to the reception to ask if they had understood the origin of the noise. The lady at the reception (blonde, with bob hair and glasses) laughed in my face telling me that she couldn't solve the problem in any way and that the hotel was completely full. I would like to point out that I had not asked for a room change, but simply if the reason for the noise was understood and it was possible to resolve it. In any case, the receptionist continued to respond in an arrogant and haughty manner, going so far as to say that it was not her problem and that she was not the owner of the hotel, and as an employee she was not interested in resolving the issue. In the end, I returned to the room without having solved the problem and with a bad taste in my mouth. As proof of her bad faith, there is also the fact that she did not want to release her name in any way. Ultimately, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because if you have any problem you will receive a very awful and rude treatment.

Stayed in Nice for a couple of nights, and it was amazing. Staff was really friendly and would absolutely come back if I found myself in Nice. The rooms are cozy and they have the essentials!! Really happy with my decision

We've stayed for one night with my dauther and friends. We've got 2 double beds, which was perfect for 4 of us (two mums and two girls). It was centrally located, only 5 mins walk to the beach and not far from the old town. I would definately go back there as its good value for money.

Excellent service. Good location and atmosphere. Our room was a little on the small side but not unmanageable. Nice little restaurant garden - sadly full of mosquitoes during our visit so think about some repellent if planning to sit out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
