May be not a 5 stars hotel, but I give 5 stars for the kindness of the staff, very helpful and smiling, thank you for always helping us out when needed, even we did not ask help to get a tricycle a 3am when we checked out the person in charge at this time went to get us one. The location is great too, 50 meters from the beach, 7 Eleven is steps away, and close to all convenience stores, we also appreciate that this area is less crowded than Station 2, not far away is also is the Bistro des Amis, a Belgian bar with great food just in front of the beach.

Staff are nice they always put a smile when you enter the facility. The location is near to beach with stores around the corner. They have good internet connection and clean a room. I see no problem at all the transaction is very fast and easy.

Budget friendly place to stay. Old but the bed is comfortable. Very cold ac. Few steps away from the beach side. No hot water and no wifi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
