Had a very pleasant 3 night stay here whilst visiting Paris. Staff are so warm & friendly, room was clean and has everything you need (hair dryer, phone, tv, fridge, secure lock on door etc) plus the buffet breakfast was divine! Very close to the metro too which was easy to navigate. Only gave 4 stars for the room as the shower didn’t have a curtain and so the water did tend to leak on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, flawless. Thank you so much for our stay! :)

The only plus is the location, which is near a metro which is like 6 mins walking (Port d'orleans) , rest the service is pathetic, if you are with family, and have baggages forget someone will lend a hand. Now the breakfast, it's better to have outside than here. There is nothing but fruits, bread and jus. Breakfast needs have to have atleast some scrambled egg, something hot is must ! Not recommended at all for family.

Where do I even begin, reserved a room for 4 nights 5 days. Online stated they offer shuttle to and from airport, that was false advertising. 1st night after settling in and going g out to dinner we return to discover the AC was not working and the lights were out (we had food and drinks in the little fridge) the lights were out, went downstairs to speak to front desk, he came up messed with something "claimed" he fixed it but really only turned on the fan. He told us to be careful with what usage we used that would cause outage!! Like what?!?!. No ac throughout the night, they offered to move us to a different room, a bigger one , he claimed he was giving me an upgrade, I didn't ask for an upgrade, I wanted a room with ac. Turns out that room ac was not working either. I needed to make an international call I was having issues with my cc and the phones in the room are only props. And front desk phone was blocked from making 1800 calls. I asked for towels they said they would bring them up, they never did, I asked for coca cola he said he would get some, never did. I'm sorry but they need to focus on the little details that make a big difference to your patrons spending money at your hotel. Dissatisfied and disappointing. Will definitely seek for some refund for the 2nights of misery.

I stayed for one night by myself during an Interrail and I really liked it! The girls at the reception were super nice and the room was amazingly decorated. To be completely honest, it wasn't the cleanest I've been to, but I lived in Paris and I know it's like this kind of everywhere. So, for the price I paid it was fair enough!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
