Cannot speak more highly of this hotel. The staff are so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The hotel is clean, stylish, and well located, with many of restaurants, bars, and markets within walking distance. If I’m ever in Kyoto, I will be staying here.

Great hotel, great location, and close to the station. The bakery next door is also really good! The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional. The cocktails were very well made as well. We were happy to have stayed here.

Stayed in the maisonette 4 people room. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire stay. The beds were comfy. The large bathroom and bathtub were our favorite features—very relaxing to be able to soak in the tub after a long day walking around Kyoto. They even had lavender/bath soak packets. Breakfast was aesthetically put together and pastries delicious. Would definitely come back again!

The in-house bar at Villa Sanjo Muromachi was a true gem, boasting a fantastic bartender who displayed an impressive knowledge of classic cocktails. Their skill and expertise in mixology were evident as they artfully crafted each drink with precision and flair. The hotel rooms themselves were a delightful blend of modern aesthetics and traditional Japanese elements. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, they exuded a sense of elegance and tranquility. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
