A unique and exclusive corner of Matera, a stone's throw from the historic center and the Sassi district. The structure has a large free car park where you can comfortably leave your car. The rooms are large and spacious, with attention to the smallest details and are spotless. The surrounding historic garden offers absolute relaxation corners such as the two small terraces overlooking the Matera canyon with a breathtaking view. During this Christmas period, the atmosphere of the structure decorated with Christmas decorations makes everything truly magical. I highly recommend it to everyone

It's like being at the theater... in the front row... and the fantastic show that appears from the terrace is unique and relaxing (I won't spoil anything). A magical encounter between the fantastic rooms (seen thanks to the immense friendliness and proactive "culture experience" of the Owners who directly manage the structure) and the history of the Villa in its uniqueness. Highly recommended place. Absolutely a "Must Try" in the present and future scenario of a fantastic Matera. We will return without a shadow of a doubt. Fantastic Teresa and Giuseppe.

Very nice hotel, in a beautiful, well renovated mansion. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with every comfort. The hotel garden is very pleasant (with a cat family) and the welcome (in Italian, little English) is friendly. Breakfast is very generous with savory and sweet dishes served at the table with a view of the canyon. The location is very good, you can park on the street right in front of the house for free and you can easily find spaces and then you can visit Matera on foot and go to the historic city center in 20 minutes on foot.

Beautiful location, located a few steps from the Sassi of Matera, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, managed by fantastic and very helpful sisters, plus the breakfast was really delicious. We will definitely return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
