Nice hotel, clean and nice bathroom. The best is the view to Nam Khan from the balcony and the greenery. There is a very loud restaurant next to it both they close at 11 PM. There was a huge variation in room prices from day to day as we were there on websites.

This review is specifically for the room I stayed. Room is nicely decorated clean with hard wood floor but the blanket sheet is a little old and discolored. The room i stayed have a few broken outlet and balcony fan not working. Location is far from the night market noise but the sewage smell is in the air. The price is a little more than what is expected, shower curtain and shower head was dirty need replacement, and customer service is below average (not always at the check in desk). Beware of the beverages in the fridge...you drink you pay. Only the small water bottle is free.

The beds, rooms, and balcony are nice enough. However, the AC is meager and doesn’t go below 28 degree in any room. Bad WiFi. Bo the manager is seemingly nice to your face but when we told him breakfast is included in price and showed our booking, he reluctantly obliges and seems to be frustrated by this. This put a real bad taste in my mouth. Half the time there is no one at the front desk if we need help or have a question. Better service at a hostel or guesthouse. I’d certainly expect more from a hotel at $40-60 a night.

This hostel is really bad. I saw it on agoda and came to ask about the price. The front desk boss had a bad attitude. Looking at the price, he said that I could only pay this price at the lowest price. If I couldn’t live there, he even cursed in the local language that I couldn’t understand. Then because it was too hot, I also stayed. It turned out to be a little cheaper than the website, and then said that there was no breakfast, and then the water in the mini bar in the room clearly stated that there was no charge for the small bottle. As a result, I checked out and said that I did not need to book online. It's really scary to charge 5000lak for a bottle. Then let’s talk about the hotel. The bed sheets in the room are full of dead moths. The faucet in the bathroom is almost running out, and the bathroom cannot be drained. The bath products are packed in very dirty bottles and I don't know what. Then came knocking on the door at eleven o'clock to ask if I could continue, it was completely too bad. Not recommended at all, completely bad review. In short, the service attitude is poor, the facilities are poor, the snack bar next to it is noisy when eating in the middle of the night, the sound insulation is also poor, the sanitation is also poor, and the price is also poor. All of them are bad, so don't come here!
