What an absolute disaster this place is! No less than a scam! Alain the host is a scam artist. Unclean, untidy and dated property. The pictures they have advertised are SO OLD as the property looks nothing like the pictures. The jacuzzi was never available for us even though we asked for it several times and they avoided the topic. The massage room had ripped furniture, dust and did not look like it had been used for years. The rooms had a strong sewage smell, were dimly lit with dusty furniture and dusty bedding and one room even had a broken door! For breakfast you are offered several types of bread and nothing more. We asked for a cot bed for our baby and were given an unclean wooden bed that looked like it would fall apart any minute. When the stay was cancelled after the first night, Alain offered to refund part now and part after the 14 day review period. Guess who stopped replying after the 14 day review period! Lol we were unable to review on Airbnb and he also stole our money. Bunch of con artists offering a ridiculous service and a property that has not been maintained.

Villa Soraya is located in a quiet area of Marrakech (30 minutes walking from the Medina /Koutoubia Mosque).; spacious rooms and lovely terrace. They usually serve breakfast at 10 am but Khalil managed also to prepare us breakfast at 7:40 am when we have to departure early for Essaouira. He's available even at late night for check in or other informations; in addiction, he can also book you in advance taxi transfer for the airport. Damiano

5 stars. Left Nothing else to be desired. True Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and the whole building gave a perfect glimpse into what it means to be in a Moroccan home/Riyadh. Would definitely come again next time I'm in Marrakesh. Youssef and the staff were friendly, helpful, went beyond out of their way and always did so with a smile. Allah yahfedhum and May Allah grant them success in all their endeavors. Ameen.

Be aware, that this place is not as it seems on the advertisement. The worst experience we‘ve had so far in Morocco. Even though we‘ve asked in the morning if it was possible to use the Hamam later at night we‘ve been told after our arrival in the evening that it‘s not possible to use the Hamam. After explaining to the reception that we‘ve asked in particular for the Hamam way in advance - this was the main reason why we‘ve booked the accommodation - the answer was simply „Well, you‘ve texted to my boss, not me.“ The staff was not helpful in finding a new Hamam for the night. Besides, the whirlpool wasn‘t ready to use and the „lounge“ was dirty and messy. After we‘ve asked to receive back the money for the night, the staff told us that a refund is not possible any longer. Besides all these facts the biggest downside was the staff’s incomprehension. There was no help, nor assistance what so ever. The hospitality is simply not there. We’ve decided to leave the same night.

Waleed was very helpful, sweet and attentive. He made our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The door were just beautiful. Our airport pickup was on time and quick. I don't have anything negative to say about the overall service and hospitality. Note: You do need a car to go around most places.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
