It was narrow place for 3 people, the flat was dark. We never saw the Host, and she asked us to pays for a taxes, that WE never been asked before in Croatie. Thus, the appartement was already expensive. Kitchen was small and not well for cooking. There was not a proper to eat.

The Location of this apartment was fantastic, it was minutes from the beach and from all the attractions in city. The apartment was very clean and the facilities were superb! they had all the stuff you usually have to buy when you're staying in an apartment like sugar, oil, salt etc. the hosts even had juices, milk and some local wine in the fridge as well as some chocolate biscuits...which was much appreciated :-) I Needn't have brought many of my toiletries as they had hairspray, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste etc. already in the bathroom. I have to say, the hosts Antonia and her family really thought of all the little essentials and then went above and beyond. There was a bakery and a minimarket right beside us along with a larger supermarket which was very handy. The hosts were so helpful with any questions I had while we were there and Antonia even offered to organise some day trips for us prior to our arrival had we wanted to do that. This apartment is great for it's location and facilities. The apartment in Omiška was a fantastic base for us to go and explore the city.

Adorable upper floor apartment close to food and port. A bit hard to find, to find parking and get your bags to and up the steep stairs, but sooo totally worth it. The hostess is amazing and kind. We, Would definitely stay here again. Oh just fyi the fold out couch is only 3/4 in size not really made for adult but it worked for 2 days. Awesome spot with a little kitchenette and baby balcony perfect for wine and snacks. Loved it. Thanks

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
