This place is only good for a couple of nights, it is close to top of old town and plenty of shops around. Close to the bus station. Down side is.... I asked for clean towels and all I got was 'no no no' with a wavey finger! I asked how to use the washing machine there and the lady said 'I can't speak English!' Even though I was pointing right at the machine. So good just for a bed & shower.

Given some of the recent low reviews, we didn't have high expectations for the stay. However, we completely satisfied with our twin bed apartment. The beds were comfy, plenty of shelving for two ppl to unpack for a few days. Great shower pressure, basic kitchenette, but enough to put together bfast & simple lunch & dinners for budget travellers. The washing machine was awesome. The location is very close to the old town, local bus stops, within walking distance to the main intercity bus stop. The best thing was the double glazed windows & the outer shutters that significantly cut down the noise & gave a dark room to sleep, unlike many budget places that have minimal window furnishings, so it's full light at 5am. One suggestion is to have a sign on the street side of the hotel advising the entrance is on the courtyard side of the building. First thought the place had closed down, and with no sim or internet could have been a challenge, but found the reception entry. Overall good value for money & clean.

We were here for one night and had not so much expactations. We were totally positive surprised of the quality and the look of the room (room 2c). Very good Job, easy communication and easy check in. We can just give 5 stars, without any doubts. Thank you very much.

We’ve stayed 10 days in Villa Spalatina in the apartment C1. We are disappointed with the cleaning service and the hospitality from the managing staff. We didn’t get any cleaning in the room even if it’s written in the hotel and room description, we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper after 4 days, we even asked for a vacuum cleaner for cleaning the room ourselves, which we didn’t even get it. We haven’t booked an Airbnb but a room with services included. Unacceptable. Not even having talked and communicated enough, we didn’t get any response from the managing staff. I am so sorry but I don’t recommend this accommodation if you’re staying more than 1-2 days and want to live in a clean environment. On the other hand, room is good and acoustic insulated, but half equipped when it comes to the kitchen. Location is ok for not staying in the crowd and having a walk-distance.

We had 2 nights here, just so we could be close to the airport, before going home. Old apartment, you get what you pay for. Nice girl helping us with our room, and answered fast via whatsapp if we had questions. Short walk to the old town. Quiet in the streets, good ac.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
