Villa is excellent, fully furnished, clean pool, good quality furniture and plumbing. The place is little bit away from main road, but it's no problem with car. Beautiful beach with national park (Layan beach) is in 5 minutes driving. We have rented villa for a week. It was two time cleaning. The hostess Luck was very nice and helpful. Fast check in and check out. When our coffee machine was broken, it was immediately replaced. Yes, you should pay for cleaning and electricity extra, but this conditions are not hidden and it's absolutely fair. Thank you, Luck, for hospitality!

The villa is ok but keep in mind they charge you extra on top of your reservation for water and electricity and 1200 baht for cleaning. The villa i stayed in had a broken lock on the front door. I could easily open it with one hand and i'm not exceptionally strong. Also the gate lock and front door locks were installed upside down. And one bedroom door barely closed because they didn't measure it properly. The house itself is clean though but it's not a safe feeling knowing that pretty much everyone can simply walk into the house and you have nothing to stop it because the door lock is broken. I stayed in villa 5. Just wanted to warn people. You will get charged extra if you stay here so don't stare blindly on the reservation price and it's not perfect (due to the problems i mentioned above) also it's pretty far from the city (30 mins with motorcycle but that wasn't the biggest issue.

I booked for 3 nights. On my first night I did not arrive because my car broke down in krabi. My phone out of battery. They cancelled my booking even though I called in advance to tell of my situation. They had already charged me for all 3 nights. They cancelled my booking and sold my villa. So they sold it to me and then sold it a second time to another customer. Now I do not have a place to stay. The staff in charge was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this even if you are on a budget. The customer service was out of the backwater of a non developed country, not what we are used to in Phuket. They have ruined our vacation. We hope no one else will run into this problem.
