While the villa itself boasts a stunning pool and beautiful views, my experience was marred by unprofessional, rude, and inefficient management. I would not recommend this place, the negative energy and headaches caused by the staff make it challenging to have a good time. the taxi company associated with the villa is not recommended; their reckless driving created a sense of discomfort and added to the overall negative experience.”.

A real gem in Koh Samui! Huge villas, well equipped. The pool is amazing! The pool is so big, with stunning view, and it have both sun and shade all day long! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their service was beyond my expectations, and the home restaurant has always provided excellent food within a short time. The only con I’ve is that it’s pretty far from restaurant and bars, but since the place is so good that we didn’t want to go out

Fantastic sweeping ocean views, modern villa, great service - anything you need can be arranged eg food deliveries or taxis (and you WILL need taxis unless you've hired a moped/scooter, this place is off the main highway, up steep driveways, so walking anywhere is not possible). Stay here if you're looking to relax in air-conditioned comfort, away from the hustle and bustle. Lamai and Chaweng just short ten minute taxi rides away, easy to spend a half day or full day in each eg at the beach or exploring local restaurants or markets. Some lower balcony furniture for each villa would be welcome as the lower balcony of the villa is just bare, and there are some water issues in both bathrooms eg water pools on floor outside shower area, but these are minor gripes in what is otherwise an enjoyable stay.

I booked this Villa for my birthday in Jan, I made the booking in October. 2 days before the date of our visit in Jan they cancelled without a reason. We had to look for a 4 bedroom villa at the last moment which was too expensive and stressful to say the least. Save yourself the trouble and book something else.

Koh Samui is a great place for the holiday, and this villa is perfect for a group or a family. It is beautiful it has everything you want including a fully equipped kitchen. We spent good times there and the staffs are very nice. We would definitely return to this villa again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
