Villa Tortugas provided the ideal start to our Mexico adventure. Situated in a remote yet central location, close to main attractions such as Akumal beach, it had everything we could ask for. The staff was exceptional. Despite not being on-site, Cecilia supported us via SMS with all the information needed to explore the surrounding areas, while Juan assisted us with everything we required on-site. We would choose Villa Tortugas again anytime.

A Gem in The Jungle Because of my hectic schedule, it's taken me two months to write this review. I didn't want to rush because to do so would be doing an injustice to Cecilia and her wonderful accommodations at Villa Tortugas. My daughter booked my stay, and I didn't know what to expect. Cecilia greeted me with infectious warmth and genuine care for my comfort. I knew I wanted to learn more about her. She ensured I had everything I needed for my stay, including WiFi in my unit which was a good distance from the main house. The thrill for me was walking around the beautiful property, which hosts nearly 200 coconut trees and beautiful pathways. I walked almost four miles one morning, enjoying the grounds' natural ambience. The following day, I spent a relaxing time lounging at the pool, talking with Cecilia about her journey to owning this beautiful Gem in the Jungle. I will leave it to her to share her inspirational story when you visit. I spent 17 days at Villa Tortugas, which was refreshing to my spirit in many ways. I will visit again, even just to walk around the beautiful grounds. Thank you, Cecilia. I wish you well on your journey to creating a truly tropical oasis for your visitors. Devon C. Canada

Beautiful bungalow for vacationers who value nature and tranquility. It is very easy to reach excursion destinations from this location. Cecilia the owner is a very empathetic and helpful person. We felt very comfortable and who knows, maybe we'll be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
