Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room I was in was cleaned although there were no soaps included but plenty of towels. It had a kitchen with a few plates and drinking glasses which was nice too. The WiFi was fast, although it didn’t work half the time and got disconnected randomly from time to time on both my phone and iPad which was a little frustrating. The TV needed a password to start the channel search so that didn’t work out either. The villa is easy to lose if you’re going outside of it by foot so make sure you write the location down before as the google maps location is wrong for this hotel. I was looking for it for at least 30 minutes when I was 200 yards away from it because this area isn’t the most accessible when walking by foot, there are height differences not shown on google maps which makes it hard, so again: make sure you know your way back. My room also had an issue with ants where they would crawl up on my bed and I could feel them on my skin sometimes. Overall a decent place if you’re staying for a few days only.

Visited Villa Valjalo and I must say the only positive is the view that's where it ends I'm afraid. On arrival all looks promising until you enter the rooms which are extremely outdated and in dire need of a fix up (plug sockets loose from the walls, chairs held together with duct tape and metal wire sticking out of them dirty moldy bath fittings) The bed was very basic and uncomfortable with old tatty bed sheets and there were ants in the room. There were also signs all over the property telling you what you can and can't do and how much you will be charged if you don't adhere to the rules! (A nice warm welcome). Also very poor communication with the host as unable to reach on the number provided. It's a shame as the location lends its self to be a beautiful holiday let however it is very neglected and certainly not worth the money. I would strongly advise looking for another location for your trip to dubrovnik.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
