We had a magnificent stay for a week in early July. The nearest beach is at 5 minutes by walk and is fully served with plenty of restaurants and bars. Besides the residence you can find a supermarket and a 24/7 bakery shop. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed on a daily basis. The AC works properly and there is wifi. The bathroom could be bigger, but overall is nice. The owners are very kind and helpful

Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. So early morning walk plus sunrise is what we chose here. Plus dinner at a beach side restaurent. Beach is filled with lot of sea view restaurents.

Locations is perfect. 1 minute from the bus stop, 5 min away from the beach. The owner was so nice, gave us some info of what should be done in Santorini, where to find a cheap supermarket... Pool was opened everyday between 9AM to 9 PM. They also have a small jacuzzi. The water was so clean. Room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday If I will came back to Santorini, I will choose Vila Vlavis again for sure.

I could recommend this Villa to anyone! The owners are so so kind, the room is clean (there is cleaning everyday). Close to the beach and close to the bakery/supermarket also. Bus stop which goes to Thira is 1-2 minute. The bar has really good prices, the pool is perfect. We are very thankful for this pleasant week here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
