I love this construction with its watchtower to which we cannot give any other interest than to mark the gaze of passers-by. How can you hope to furnish a round room with so many windows other than with a soft armchair to enjoy the magnificent view of the west of the city? Without this promontory, Villa Victoria would be nothing other than one of those beautiful Belle Époque constructions so common in Cimiez. Note that the architect is Jean Médecin, creator of many remarkable buildings sprinkled throughout the city. Villa Victoria was built in 1914 with Mr Von Derwies as prime contractor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
