Very nice comfortable and beautiful heritage hotel. Also peaceful area. The staff was very friendly and polite ( especially En Jamal) was very helpful and always offer help. He gave a good info on where to go, and where to find good food, and also where to find cheaper things to buy. The room very spacious and clean. The housekeeping very efficient. They served a variety of food for breakfast. I liked the hotel and fully recommended this hotel for vacation.

Really well located hotel very handy to the Arab quarter with amazing array of middle eastern restaurants. Very comfortable with all the facilities one needs. Swimming pool is great with towels provided. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get but there’s not much of an alternative locally that we could find that opens before 10.30am. 5 minutes walk from Bugis MRT station. We would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms for the location convenient to our intent to be in Singapore. Pleasantly surprised by the Front Office staff, Ms Sobana. Her service was par excellence. Accomodated our request for connecting rooms despite it was a separate booking by my daughter and I. Rooms were at the Executive floor are very acceptable and seems to be refurbished recently and well maintained. Other staffs we met along the way were very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is slightly out of the Centre of town ( taxis are cheap) and has seen better days from a maintenance point of view. The pool is great for those blob out days ( could do with a few more loungers) BUT the hotel has an awesome location right next to the one of the most colorful and interesting precinct near the mosque. Murals and eateries and brightly lit this is a must go place. Hotels are for sleeping in but the town is for exploring.. this area is great.

Stayed from 25/1/2024 - 29/1/2024. Booked two room 801 and 815. Room were spacious. Has all the basic amenities. Bathroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Location wise close to Sultan Mosque and Bugis MRT station. Commuting to the city is very easy and there is abundance access of Halal food around the hotel. Can you please check the qibla direction for room 801 and 815. Both room has different qibla direction.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
