Stayed here on 26th January with my 2 young children for one night as a treat! Very mixed review for this hotel which is unfortunate. The hotel looks great from the outside, the leisure facilitates are spot on, the location is great, the bar looked great and theirs even a Starbucks. Great in terms of a hotel. And fairly priced for Edinburgh. Staff were great on our arrival too might I add. What was really disappointing on our visit was the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the floor 4 we was on. The floor we stayed on which was floor 4 had the smell of death too it (which unfortunately I know very well from my job). I could only imagine this was the carpets which were old and looked filthy. The room it's self was ok but the carpets were dirty, under the beds with filthy with toothpicks, bobby pins, dust, general rubbish etc. The shower was clean but the floor was heavily worn and marked. And the sink was needing a good clean in the drain, you could see the mould within. The hotels great but the rooms, carpets and general cleanliness needs real attention. We have booked a stay for the village hotel Manchester in March and unfortunately this stay has put doubt in my mind whether to stay at the village again unfortunately. Sorry for the 50/50 review but honestly the best policy in my eyes.

The hotel itself is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is nice too. My issue is with the restaurant. As a celiac I wouldn’t waste your time. Asked what was gluten free… the guy behind the bar had no clue, (doesn’t fill you with confidence). When he asked the manager, I got a response of ‘salad and steak’ and got the impression of it being and inconvenience. The menu is massive and it’s mind baffling that a vegan or vegetarian can eat until their heart is content but all someone with an allergy can have is some steak and rabbit food. Such a shame. Glad we didn’t waste money on the breakfast.

I joined the club a couple of weeks back because Darren made it so easy to sign up and took the time to show me around. The gym is large with the best exercise machines and the pool is a good size for doing laps. Locker room and pool, jacuzzi, steam room are all 5*. Great having the Sports Bar and restaurant and a Starbucks in-house as well. All staff are helpful and friendly, and there’s free parking. Happy to be a member.

Well, great and fast check-in. The receptionist fab. Housekeeping even better. We gently refused the room service when he noticed us we leaving our room. Requested a top floor room for the view. We have got room 403, and it looks tired. Under the door, a wee gap clearly, light comes through(attached pic), and the smoke curtain is definitely not working. Some cracks on the ceiling next to A/C grill. The small drawers under the window is tired as well. But my favourite one is the paint work on the bathroom door or on the corridor woodwork. Sanding down the existing paint and applying an undercoat layer, definitely holding the new water-based top coat. Three different paint colours on the woodwork of the corridor are made me laugh. The last one is the fire floor walk, as I have noticed using a cogard device for checking the clear escape route for the event of fire. Someone left a can of juice front of the elevator around 9pm and next day morning the same can of juice is smiling there. Make me think if the fire walk was done? Don't worry, I have done my own away.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Reception staff could do with a little smile every now and again. Gym staff brilliant! Red headed lady needs employee of the month as she was so friendly and willing to help. Swimming pool is great! Cleaning staff were fantastic. It was just a shame about the bar and grill. I wouldn’t recommend due to the waiter who served us, we honestly thought we’d walked into a Karen’s cafe, rude just doesn’t cut it. No eye contact spoken to like an idiot, had no customer service skills and over charged us for our meal and eye rolled at us when approached to correct, he’d then under refunded us to which we got huffs and puffs and even more rudeness. It’s such a shame one person brought our experience down.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
