My stay at the Sentosa Island hotel was delightful. Situated just a 5-minute stroll from the monorail station and only one stop away from the beach, its convenient location added to the overall experience. The rooms were furnished with modern amenities, and there was unlimited tea and coffee available just outside the room. Although breakfast came at an additional cost of 40SGD per person, it was worth it, boasting a fantastic array of dishes. The highlight for my family and kids was undoubtedly the pool area, which featured four pools, including two designated for children. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I recently visited this hotel. The rooms are neat and tidy, well-maintained but very small in size. They have a couple of well-designed and hygienic swimming pools. One pool has a view of the port. If one wishes to explore Sentosa then this place is walkable from universal studios, beach, shuttle station and monorail station. If you are staying within Sentosa you have free access to the monorail (check with the hotel about this) they will guide you. The breakfast is good and has good variety and even some Indian dishes. What I like the most is its strategic location to explore Sentosa and the swimming pool is not to be missed for sure!

This resort is an absolute gem! Stay here from Monday 8 till Friday 12 Jan 2024 with family of 4. Both rooms were connected with king sizes bed. The rooms were tidy and clean. The village hub is an absolutely brilliant idea. We never ran out of complimentary drinks, especially the ice goes well with every frizzy drinks. The pools were amazing. You have to try out lazy pool. We were having so much fun, especially with the floats. Good location as it is near to Imbiah lookout and station. The shuttle bus drivers, receptionists and cleaners were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Village Hotel Sentosa and will definitely come back again 😀

We stayed in the Family Room for a week at the Village Hotel Sentosa. The kids loved the swimming pools and baby slides. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming that it felt like we were returning to our "home away from home" every day after sightseeing. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well as dine-in room service. Highly recommend!

First time having adjoining rooms, and my family loved it! Rooms are really modern and lovely, free wifi, but breakfast is massively overpriced, and our room was not cleaned consistently. Amazing infinity pools overlooking the harbour and really central to attractions, easy to get around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
