We are staying at this property right now, and so far the experience has been really bad. If you are thinking of booking this place, please reconsider. The lift hasn't been working for almost a whole day and the reception has been rude (banging the phone down when we rang) and now not responding to emails. I'm traveling with parents in their 60s and they've had to climb up 16 flights of stairs twice today already. This has completely ruined our family holiday to Barcelona.

It's an amazing place to stay for families. Excellent location, close to the city, walking distance from the supermarket, bus station and metro. Amazing quite location. Only disappointment is after staying there for 13 days in total, there was no complimentary cleaning done even though promised, the WiFi was poor, my request for late check out was denied twice and worst part is there is luggage room incase you want to store the luggage when late check out is denied. The luggage storage area is a good 10 to 15 mins walk in the office and absolutely uncomfortable to take bags for storage. Otherwise the apartment is amazing to stay for families with kids.

+ calm, code entrance, fully equipped kitchen with mocca and toaster, washing machine, spacious rooms, good sofa, enough towels!, balconies with view to nice courtyard! - Heating only via AC, french windows not sealed and can't be closed properly, hand-over not flexible!, average bed, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
