Flavio was incredible! That was really good! He was very kind, friendly and hospitable. The place is clean and organized. It is a hostel with 4 bedrooms, dining room and kitchen, as well as a large outdoor area. The kitchen contains all appliances. We stayed in the yellow room: Matrimoniale com Bagno. The room was large with a large bathroom. The shower is very good and the mattress too. It has split air conditioning. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away and quickly takes you to Roma Termini station, where trains and buses leave for the entire city. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood during the day and night. I highly recommend Flavio and his place!!

I wonder what kind of people are giving this property a 5/5 ? Are they also living at home like the situation of this apartment was ? Or may be the reviews are even bought ? Starting from the owner, he is very nice and kind but if I was supposed to be doing a business ( when international people are coming to your place) I would atleast try to learn English but he only speaks Italian and communication was only possible with google translation! The one things really bothered me was the hygiene of this apartment, it’s like at its worse (please have a look at the pictures I m about to post) the bathroom stinks and hasn’t been cleaned or renovated since atleast 50 years. If you walk there without shoes, the floor is sticky and there is fungus and dirt all over the washroom and the kitchen was also not clean. We didn’t have breakfast there due to that problem even though we paid for it. Just the first day we had coffee there and snacks. The breakfast is also just some packs sweet buns from the supermarket with Coffee and that’s all. This apartment is 10 mins from the bus and also almost the same from metro station. We won’t be coming back here. The good thing about the place is that it’s well connected and it’s very peaceful.

I can highly recommend this B&B to stay while you are in Rome. It's located in a quiet district and a couple of minutes from metro. Our room was clean and cosy and had a very comfortable bed. We had a shared bathroom with a bit tiny shower but if you stay for a few nights it's not a big problem. The owner Flavio was extremely friendly and offered us breakfast with great cappuccino. We will for sure come back :-)

The owner is very friendly but the rooms are very cheap. Good for backpackers for one night. The shower curtain and the bathroom walls are full of mold and the backyard looks abandoned. Parking is a joke. There is space for three cars and if you are parking first you have to wait for the car behind you to get out, so you can leave the property. If the guy who parked behind you is not there, you probably have to stay for one more night. Surely, you can leave your key with the owner of the hotel, but...

Very friendly owner, but doesn't speak English, he tries to communicate and uses Google translate to fill in the gaps. The rooms are basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is shared and a little small, especially the shower. The breakfast is as you would expect, croissants, jams, yoghurt, cereal, coffee and pie.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
