Great hotel, fantastic location. close to the sites, we had a really nice room with a little balcony and loved it. The breakfast was the best. I wish the restaurant staff would have been a little nicer, only complaint.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vincci Baixa! We were only in Lisbon a very short time, but they were very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off early in the morning at the front desk before official check in so we could start exploring. They even kindly gave us a call when our room was ready for check in, and when we got back later in the evening our bags were already waiting for us in the room. The front desk was staffed 24hr which was very helpful, and the room was exactly as pictured, very clean and modern. The location was also excellent, just around the corner from one of the main squares and streets. There was easy access to ATMs and plenty of food options as well. Bur even though it was so well located, the street was still very quiet! It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the metro station to get to/from the airport as well. We were also able to bring our bags down the morning of checkout for them to store since our flight was late afternoon. Overall would stay here again!

Great Hotel.. Close to all the top sights … be aware lots of hills. Our room was very clean with a very modern bathroom. Room service cleaning the room was one of the best we have had in all of our travels…. Be aware rooms are small but are just fine. Front desk was very helpful with recommendations and directions. I also recommend the tours they offer… we did Sinatra. When we return to Lisbon this is where we will stay…. John & Mary Linda from Maryland… USA

I am very surprised that this hotel has 4 stars. For 200€ a night - I'm sure the walls in the room should be soundproofed so you can't hear your neighbors going to the toilet or talking on the phone :) I didn't know a 4 star hotel had a problem with a toilet ruff, I never saw one! The room is cleaned every day, it is + but the blanket is tucked in so that you take it together with the sheet, and this is already a challenge - tuck in so that it was even. And for a budget of 1000 euros for the period websummit which I paid - could have warned that breakfast at arrival at their hotel - paid! I was colossally surprised when I did check out and they charged me extra money for the breakfast that was included and nobody warned me that it was additionally paid! And also I will ask the hotel administration - to teach a little politeness to the manager, and teach him that "Okay?!" should not be used in his conversation, I told him about it, but I'm not sure he understood me.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vincci Baixa. The hotel is well located and allowed to walk throughout the city during our stay easily. The service and staff were friendly, polite and their advice were very helpful. The room was spacious and quite. We also enjoyed the breakfast which has many options. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
