I stayed twice at this hotel but this is my absolute last time. Hotel standard is going down. The room is very small, although I got the same category as my previous stay, which was double as big. The room is not comfortable. Temperature is centrally regulated, and when I asked to lower it because it was a sauna in my room, I was told to open the window. Great, that’s why you get for choosing this 4 star hotel. Open the window and sleep tight on top of Gran via!!!

I truly believe its almost impossible to find a more centric and emblematic Hotel. If your looking for a "hidden gem" this is it!!!! The rooms and views are spectacular. You can enjoy the restaurant on the first floor surrounded by billboards and charming waiters like Zenon! Or find your way to the roof terrace and be assisted by Enrique from maintanance with a smile. Thank you also to Marta and Manuel for your warm welcome and time. We'll be back!!

Great location, very convenient for a tourist. Our first impression was not so great because as we arrived, there was no one to help us with our luggage specially since this hotel has a front entry with stairs and no ramp. Front desk were friendly and they gave us a great room and we loved it, but for some unclear reason they moved us the very next day to another room, they said this room is better and has a panoramic view. Honestly we were not planning to stay inside our room during our stay there, we had plans to visit places and tours to attend everyday therefore all we needed was just a comfortable room with a comfortable bed. This new room had a huge shower and a separate but very tiny bathroom with an extra extra small sink, we had difficulty holding the door open it was bumping to our face, worst part was everytime we wanted to wash our hands or face we were getting wet head to toe, not comfortable at all. The hotel is modern look, with dark hallways, elevators were glass a little scary but fun. The breakfast was ok, but in general we enjoyed our stay while in Madrid. Thank you

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the shopping centre of Madrid called Gran Via. Room was comfortable but took a while to understand the lighting system. If you need a kettle you have to ask for it but there were no mugs or cups for tea hence used paper cups. As a 4 Stars hotel they should have these. Anyways, all good and will be back.. Great roof top for dinner and night cap looking out to the city.

*Disclaimer* I'm writing this review as an American touring through Europe. Our flight had to be diverted to Madrid due to engine trouble so we were fortunate enough to be put up in this hotel for the night. They did a tremendous job of working with the airline to solve the confusion and accommodate our group. The hotel is fabulous. Located in the heart of downtown Madrid, you can't ask for a better location. Plenty of restaurants, shops, parks, metro and even local sights like the Royal Palace are easily in walking distance. The views from our 8th floor room were just wonderful. It was so nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the city come to life. The rooms are welcoming and clean, the bed was large and comfortable and we loved the large overhead shower! As others have mentioned, the lightning in the room can be a little tricky but it's unique and offers pleasant settings. Breakfast was just an excellent spread! So many different options and the views are again just great. Be warned that you cannot take the food to go though. All must be eaten in the dining area. Again, I'll close by mentioning that the service was just excellent. I especially want to mention Mathias and Nacho who were friendly and so helpful. I didn't get the woman's name but I thank her for getting us a taxi to the airport in the morning on short notice as well. Just great professional service. Madrid seems like a wonderful city and my wife and I now would like to return to see more of it! We would highly recommend this hotel if the price is right!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
